Notes MW: Days 3 & 4Wednesday (Day 3) everyone took some time for some much needed fun and relaxation and headed to the local water park. They spent the morning there then headed back to the church for VBS set up. The kids started arriving and tonight the numbers seemed to double from last night. The kids learned how God’s word is comforting and over ten children got saved! God is definitely working through this VBS.
On Thursday, the group got to work early doing maintenance around the church. Some groups painted, some did landscaping and some cleaned out the baptism stall. That evening, the most kids so far showed up. (over 50!) Shouts of “God’s word is life-changing!” rang through the building. Seven more kids got saved. The kids that are ready will be baptized Friday at the family cookout.
